Pennington 7 Princeton Day 0 | Boys

After a three game season last year, national prep power Pennington (2-0) has been on a scoring frenzy in 2021. Following their 7-0 win over Princeton Day (1-2), the Red Raiders have now scored 14 goals in their first two matchups. Aidan Keith and Gabe DiPierro got the game started with early goals in the first half to put Pennington ahead 2-0. Liam Goldstein would score on a header in the closing moments to make it 3-0 at the break, Goldstein finished with two goals.

Delran 2 Rancocas Valley 0 | Boys

The Bears used a late offensive surge in the second half to knock off the Red Devils and stay undefeated on the season. Senior Patrick Little and sophomore Drew Roskos each scored goals in the win for Delran (4-0). Senior Eamon McLoughlin picked up the clean sheet in net for the Bears

Chatham 3 Montville 0 | Boys

After losing to Montville twice last season, Chatham exacted some dominant revenge this year. Second half goals from Gavin Pelosi, Peter Tolkin and Brian Babovic powered the Cougars to a thorough win against one of the top teams in Morris County. In fact, it’s the first time Montville has been shutout in 22 months.

Shawnee 6 Seneca 0 | Boys

The Renegades lost a few top players to the MLS Next League this season, but this is still a Shawnee squad loaded with talent. Six different players scored in the victory for Shawnee (3-0), including Matt McFadden, Tyler Davidson and Jack Bolognone. The Golden Eagles dropped to (1-2).
