Manasquan 13 Shore Regional 6 | Boys

Brandon Kunz had four goals and three assists and his future Lehigh University teammate Brody Muly had his second straight four goal game as the Warriors jump out to a 2-0 start to the season after scoring a 10-9 win against Eastern in the opener.

Eastern 9 Shawnee 8 | Boys

With overtime looming, Jacob Feeney netted the go-ahead goal with three seconds left in regulation to give the Vikings a big win over the defending Group 3 state champion Renegades. St. John’s commit Chase Huggard finished with four goals in the contest, three of them coming in the first quarter for Eastern (1-1). Tom McAneney, Tyler Rotkowitz, and Cale Stielau all scored a pair of goals in the loss for Shawnee (0-1).

Immaculata 16 Montgomery 1 | Boys

Following a tough opening day loss yesterday, the Spartans got their first win of the season in a Skyland Conference showdown. Junior midfielder Cole Hayden went right to work, accounting for four points in the first period as Immaculata (1-1) would never look back. Montgomery (0-1) will look for their first win of the season as they host Phillipsburg on Saturday.
