Shawnee 11 Lenape 4 | Boys

The Renegades pulled away from the Indians in the third period in this Olympic Conference rivalry game. Delaware commit Ethan Krauss and Nate Sears each scored three goals for Shawnee (3-0) in the win. Nolan Samson scored a pair of goals for Lenape (0-2) in the loss.

Cherokee 14 Clearview 10 | Boys

The Chiefs used a 6-0 scoring run in the second half to knock off the Pioneers and stay undefeated to start the season. Billy Westerby led the way with four goals on the afternoon for the Chiefs. Nate Bialy and Sean Cole tallied three goals each in the win for Cherokee (2-0). Carter Bobbit and Mario Leone each scored three goals in the loss for Clearview (2-1).

Westfield 16 Montclair 3 | Boys

The Blue Devils busted open a 2-1 game with an eight-goal second period thanks to the duo of Cody Lam and Ryan Waldman. Lam finished with seven goals and Waldman added six. JSZ’s Rich Chrampanis has the highlights from Westfield:

Monroe 6 South Brunswick 6 | Girls

Looking for their first wins of the season, Monroe and South Brunswick’s match up ended in a 6-6 tie. South Brunswick began the game on a 3-0 run before Monroe cut the deficit to 4-2 entering halftime. Trailing by three in the second period, the Falcons tied the game on three consecutive goals. Unfortunately after two overtimes, darkness would end the exciting evening. Gracie Berecsky finished with three goals for Monroe. JSZ’s Nery Rodriguez has the highlights:
