Rumson-Fair Haven 10 St. Augustine 9 (OT) | Boys

RFH battled back from a 9-5 deficit in the fourth period to force OT, before Colgate commit Andy Croddick scored the winner for the Dawgs. Yale commit Cole Cashion and freshman Luke Lydon each scored three goals in the win for RFH (5-1). Noah Plenn and Nate Price scored three goals apiece for the Hermits (1-2) in the loss.

Morristown 12 Chatham 11 OT | Girls

No. 3 Morristown defeated No. 4 Chatham 12-11 following an overtime goal from junior Anna Szporn with 20 seconds remaining. Trailing the entire afternoon, Morristown tied the game with under two minutes left on a late score from junior Megan O’Brien. O’Brien and Anna Szporn both finished with five goals and an assist.

Seton Hall Prep 12 Manasquan 3 | Boys

Luke Knezeovic scored four goals to lead an impressive offensive outburst by the Pirates on the road.  Seton Hall Prep trailed 2-1 early in the second quarter before the Pirates scored six straight in the second quarter and added four more in a row in the second half. Brad Schuster had a pair of goals for the 4-0 Pirates, who more than justified their #2 ranking in the latest state polls.
