Ridgewood 6 Randolph 2 | North Public Sectional Final

AJ LoSauro’s natural hat trick was the catalyst the Maroons needed to reach their first state title game in 25 years. LoSauro’s three unanswered goals helped Ridgewood (18-8) out to a 4-0 lead through the end of two periods. Jack Scali made 37 saves in the win for the Maroons. Randolph (19-6) looked to possibly find a spark followed a Jace Zangara goal to begin the third period, but the rally never fully materialized.

Ridgewood will clash with Westfield on Monday in the Public state final at the Prudential Center.
