Rumson-Fair Haven 14 Summit 13 | Group 2 Final

Chase Boyle and Mia James combined to score a staggering 10 goals as Rumson-Fair Haven battled to topple Summit for the Group 2 championship. The Hilltoppers jumped out to a 3-0 lead initially and went into the half trailing the Bulldogs, 10-9, an uncharacteristic score for two stout defensive teams. Boyle and James were brilliant all game long and pushed RFH in front with a three-goal lead late in the contest. Kayse Kiernan made nine saves in the win.

Moorestown 6 Chatham 5 | Group 3 Final

Moorestown 6 Chatham 5

Moorestown (17-2) defeated Chatham (19-2) 6-5 for a second straight Group 3 State Championship. Tied 1-1 at halftime, the second half featured neck and neck scoring that saw the game tied at 5-5 with less than three minutes to go. Rutgers commit Katie Buck’s late score would be the deciding factor to lead the Quakers to victory. Ohio State commit Margaret Lawler finished with a hat trick.

Trinity Hall 13 Montclair Kimberly 6 | Non-Public “B” Final

Haven Dora had four goals and two assists and CC Webber scored all three of her goals during an explosive start to the second half to give the Monarchs their first state championship. Trinity Hall (19-1) had a 5-3 lead at the half and scored eight straight goals in the second half highlighted by a five goal span in just 2:55. Cherokee 9 Westfield 4 | Group 4 Final

The Lady Chiefs shut down the Blue Devils to complete a dominant run through the Group 4 playoffs and win its first state title since 2008. Senior Alex Kulinski led the way for Cherokee (20-1) with a four-point afternoon, scoring three goals and adding one assist. Senior Natalie Roesch racked up eight saves in net as the Cherokee defense locked down the Blue Devil offense throughout the afternoon. Junior Avery Hoeft scored a pair of goals in the loss for Westfield (14-7).

Haddonfield 14 Glen Ridge 6 | Group 1 Final

Haddonfield (18-1) claimed the program’s third straight and first Group 1 State Title with a 14-6 win over Glen Ridge (10-9). The Bulldawgs ahead 7-6 at halftime didn’t allow any second half scores. Princeton commit McKenzie Blake finished with eight goals.
