St. Peter’s Prep 61 Hudson Catholic 46 | Boys | Hudson County Tournament Final

(1) St. Peter’s Prep (23-4) defeated (2) Hudson Catholic (14-11) 61-46 to raise their first Hudson County Tournament Title since 2020. Locked into a back and forth battle all game long, St. Peter’s Prep trailed 19-18 at halftime. The game remained tight until an offensive explosion from Prep that quickly put the Marauders ahead by 11 midway through the fourth quarter. Four star Auburn commit Tahaad Pettiford made his much anticipated debut, finishing with a pair of free throws for Hudson Catholic. Peyton Miller finished with 18 points for St. Peter’s Prep while Jackson Tindall had 14.

Egg Harbor Twp. 63 St. Augustine 60 | Boys | Cape-Atlantic League Tournament Final

The Eagles trailed by as many as ten in the game, but Christian Rando hit a go-ahead three with 14 seconds remaining to help lift EHT to its first CAL Tournament title. Jamil Wilkins scored a team-high 20 points for the Eagles (23-5), while Jay-Nelly Reyes scored 19 points and was named game MVP. Elijah Brown scored a game-high 24 points for the Hermits (23-5) in the loss.

Seton Hall Prep 46 Arts 32 | Boys | Essex County Tournament Final

Ethan Maynard and Darrius Phillips combined to score 34 points as the Pirates captured their 19th Essex County Tournament championship. Maynard led all scorers with 19 points and Phillips logged 15 points and seven rebounds for Seton Hall Prep (20-4). Arts’ season effectively comes to an end in the loss – they were disqualified from the state playoffs back in January. Boston commit Spencer Joyner led all Jaguars with nine points in the loss.

Mainland 46 Atlantic City 26 | Girls | Cape-Atlantic League Tournament Final

Final MVP Kasey Bretones scored twelve points and led a stout defensive effort as the Mustangs win back-to-back CAL Tournament titles. Sydney Stokes shined in the contest, racking up a game-high 17 points and 15 rebounds for top-seeded Mainland (23-2). Mississippi State commit Quanirah Cherry-Montague scored a team-high eight points in the loss for second-seeded Atlantic City (19-5).
