St. John Vianney 58 Red Bank Catholic 52 | Girls | Shore Conference Tournament Final

Freshman Madison Kocis had 19 points and Ashley Soflikanich had 17 as the Lancers won their 28th straight game and fourth consecutive Shore Conference championship without McDonald’s All-American Zoe Brooks.  Brooks is week to week with an injury that currently has her on crutches.  RBC had a 31-24 halftime lead before the Lancers rallied.  Kocis drilled five three-pointers and made the last basket of the game that gave SJV a six-point cushion with 17.6 seconds to go.  Tessa Carman led RBC with 13 and Christina Liggio added 12.  The Lancers got clutch three-pointers from Julia Karpell and Bre Delaney in the late stages that kept the perfect season alive.
