Bergen Catholic 20 St. Joe’s Mont. 14 (OT) | Non-Public “A” Semifinal

The Crusaders shook off a slow start to score 20 straight points and win in overtime against a rival with a spot in the Non-Public A championship game on the line. Bergen Catholic (10-1) fought back in with a pair of Dominic Campanile rushing touchdowns before Najee Calhoun scored the walk-off touchdown in overtime to win the game. St. Joe’s Mont. (6-5) led by two touchdowns in the fourth quarter before the Crusaders fought back in. Bergen Catholic will face Don Bosco Prep in the Non-Public A final next week.

Winslow Township 13 Millville 7 | Group 4 State Semifinal

NaKeem Powell recovered a fumble then scored the go-ahead touchdown as the Eagles took round two with the Thunderbolts to reach their first state final in program history. Nyqir Helton had a four-yard receiving touchdown, while Wisconsin commit Cam Miller delivered the game-sealing interception for Winslow (13-0). Alabama commit Lotzeir Brooks finished with a receiving touchdown and a pair of interceptions on defense in the loss for Millville (9-3). Winslow will now face Phillipsburg for the Group 4 state championship on December 4th.
