Hun 40 Blair 7
Hun (3-0) defeated MAPL rival Blair (2-1) 40-7 to pick up its third straight win of the 2021 season. The Raiders dominated from start to finish behind a standout performance from quarterback Marco Lainez. Lainez finished with 245 rushing yards and four touchdowns (three passing, rushing).

Long Branch 53 Toms River East 7
Christian Rodriguez threw a 46 yard TD pass in the final minute of the first half to give Long Branch a 21-7 lead and the Green Wave went on to bujst the game open in the second half to improve to 4-0. Rodriguez had a TD run and TD pass, Sekou Kamau had two touchdown runs and Michael Hall had a TD catch and punt return for a score. JSZ’s Rich Chrampanis has the highlights from Long Branch High:
