Irvington (4-1) is one of New Jersey’s hottest teams after picking up their fourth consecutive win in a decisive victory over Wayne Hills (2-3). Junior running back Kyshir Desir delivered a career-game Saturday evening when he rushed for 232 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Division 1 prospect Famah Toure hauled in a 47-yard touchdown in the third quarter. Ben Contella and Matt Geraghty scored both touchdowns for the Patriots in the loss.

Monmouth 28 Keyport 7
Monmouth (4-1) was able to take down Keyport (4-1) 28-7 to clinch first place in the Shore Conference National Division for the first time since 2006. RB Julian Jones rushed for 226 yards and three touchdowns.

The Garnets rolled past the Crusaders to pick up their fourth win of the season. Jackson Ferrante rushed for three touchdowns in the win. Matt Iuvara had a TD catch and a pick six. Ryan DiOrio had a pair of TD tosses, while Jaylen Criss had a touchdown catch as well for Haddon Heights (4-1). Eustace fell to (1-4).

Hillside 35 Gov. Livingston 0
A year ago, Gov. Livingston shocked Hillside and upended their double-digit game win streak. The Comets had that loss in mind all day Saturday as they returned the favor in the form of a dominant shutout over the Highlanders. Muwaffaq Parkman led the way for Hillside (3-1) with 160 yards rushing and a trio of scores. Gov. Livingston (0-4) aims to get in the win column next week against Summit next Friday.
