It wouldn’t be the last week of the regular season without some sort of chaos. An incoming nor’easter has changed game schedules and we had Week Eight action starting on Thursday. Pinelands and Keansburg went head to head Thursday afternoon in the lone Shore Conference game of the day. Make sure to check in on Friday and Saturday as JSZ will bring you two dozen football games from the final week of the regular season.

Senior running back Evan Burton rushed for 168 yards and two touchdowns as he became the only player in school history to rush for three 1,000-yard seasons. The Wildcats now sit at 4-4 on the season and will await the remaining games this week to see if they qualify for the postseason.
