Bishop Ahr 74 South Plainfield 66

The Bishop Ahr boys basketball team came into tonight at the top of the GMC – Blue division. Tonight they faced the South Plainfield Tigers, who on the flip side are currently winless in the blue division. However, the Tigers would give the Bishop Ahr a run for their money. In both the 2nd and 3rd quarter South Plainfield outscored the Trojans, but in the end it was Bishop Ahr who came out on top. Leading scorer for the Trojans was number 33, Quadry Adams, who scores 29 points tonight. Check out full highlights now:

Metuchen 38 Carteret 53 

Carteret and Metuchen are another GMC – Blue division matchup JSZ has for you tonight. In this game, the Ramblers took an early lead over the Metuchen Bulldogs and road that all the way through. Carteret defeated Metuchen  53-38 outscoring the Bulldogs every quarter. Their two key players tonight where Isiah Daniels-Porter and Jahlil Nix. Nix scored 19, while Porter scored 16. Ewing -70 Robbinsville 40

No.12 in the NJ Top 20, Ewing faced off with conference rival 4-1 Robbinsville on Wednesday afternoon. The Blue Devils were unstoppable on offense thanks to Highpoint University recruit Mya Grimes, who put on a scoring showcase with 24 points. Not only Ewing stand out on offense they forced the Ravens into gridlock with virtually no scores in the fourth quarter to come away with the victory. Watch the highlights now:

Notre Dame 55 Nottingham-80

Fresh off their holiday tournament championship at the ESCIT, undefeated Nottingham was able to remain perfect against Colonial Valley Conference rival Notre Dame and scoring threat Cartier Bowman, who is averaging 28 points a game. Darell Johnson who scored 41 in the tournament repeated a similar performance as he grabbed 31 in the victory. It is the first time since 2009-2010 that the Northstars have handed the Fighting Irish a loss on the basketball court. Watch the highlights now:
