Shore Regional 14 Lacey 13 (OT)
Jake Turner’s fourth goal of the game was the overtime game-winner as the Blue Devils were able to secure a win after an amazing three-goal comeback by Lacey forced overtime. Shore had a 7-3 lead at the half and an 11-6 advantage after three quarters. Lacey stormed back with an incredible fourth-quarter effort. Gil Goldsmith had 5 goals and 3 assists. His fifth goal of the game gave Shore a 13-10 lead with under two minutes to go. But Dylan Vitale amazingly scored three goals in the final 1:25 including the game-tying goal with under one second remaining to force overtime. Shore was able to create a turnover in overtime setting the stage for Goldsmith to feed Turner for the game-winner.
