Seneca’s Nick Decker talks MLB Draft, family and baseball

Most kids have the dream at a young age of one day playing baseball in the Majors, Seneca’s Nick Decker made that dream a reality when he was selected in the second round of the 2018 MLB Draft by the Boston Red Sox with the 64th overall pick. Decker just weeks away from graduating from high school already personifies what a ball player is with his attitude and respect for the game he loves so dearly. Whether his decision is to play for the University of Maryland or professionally, Nick’s support system will be right behind him to guide the promising center fielder in the right direction.
