SSZ has highlights and post-game reaction from Rumson-Fair Haven’s 21-0 win over Delaware Valley at Kean University in the Central Jersey Group 2 championship game

UNION – Charlie Volker ran for 161 yards and a score and the Rumson-Fair Haven defense produced a touchdown, key turnovers and a shutout in a 21-0 win over Delaware Valley.  The Bulldogs win their second straight Central Jersey Group 2 title.  RFH opened the game with a 9 play, 99 yard drive capped off by a Volker 49 yard TD run.  In the 2nd quarter, junior defensive back Matt Waters picked up a loose football and ran 53 yards for a score.  In the 4th, RFH had another long drive capped off by a Mike O’Connor TD pass to Murray McHeffey.
