The Shore Conference boys and girls soccer tournament features four team groups in the mold of the World Cup. Watch the highlights of this new exciting brand of early season soccer as Middletown South scores a big win over Rumson-Fair Haven!

Shawn McCann’s goal in the 48th minute off a rebound was the difference to give Middletown South a big road win and taking a huge step towards a spot in the Shore Conference Tournament knockout round. The Shore has 11 groups in boys and girls playing with the top two teams in each group advancing to the SCT. RFH and Middletown South are in Group 6 along with Ocean and Keyport. Matteo Niglio tied the game for the Eagles with a gorgeous volley goal. Padraig Flynn scored on a penalty to give RFH a 1-0 lead.
