The Patrick School has produced a lot of NBA talent over the years headlined by Brooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving. Now, Jonathan Kuminga adds to the legacy after being selected in the first round by the Golden State Warriors at #7 overall. A native of the Congo, Kuminga came to the United States at the age of 13 and went to three different high schools on the way to becoming one of the most sought-after recruits in basketball.

Kuminga spent one season playing New Jersey high school basketball averaging 16 points per game and making JSZ’s All-Zone team in 2020.
