It took a few innings, but the Ironmen offense eventually caught up to Jason Kuhn on Wednesday. Kuhn twirled 11 strikeouts and no earned runs over 5.1 innings of work and Don Bosco (8-1) ended up matching him with 11 runs of support to drop DePaul Catholic (6-2) in a showdown of top-five teams in New Jersey.

Nick Becker, Junzen Sarza, Nicholas Bumbaco and Dennis Mulhearn contributed two RBI each to help pace Bosco’s offense while Kuhn took care of the rest. His 11 strikeouts are a new career high for the junior right-hander.
