Toms River East 7 Middletown South 6 (OT)

Nate Cummings scored four goals including the game-winner in OT to give Toms River East a sixth straight win to start the season.  The Raiders came back from a 4-0 first half deficit starting with back to back goals by Cummings in the second quarter.  Trailing 5-2 in the third, freshman Gerard Uzzolino scored three straight to tie the game 5-5.  Cummings would score the game tying goal and freshman goalie Ryan Caruso made a key save late in regulation to set the stage for Cummings heroics in overtime.
