Glassboro’s Sanaa Thomas turns up for 25 points against LEAP Academy
Sanaa Thomas flirted with a triple-double in Glassboro’s 41-24 win over LEAP Academy on January 20th. The freshman turned in one of the standout performances in her young career, finishing with 25 points, seven rebounds, and seven steals in the victory. Sanaa racked up nearly 50 percent of the votes in this week’s polls to bring home the JSZ Week 3 South Jersey Game Ball!
Pitman’s Stephen Devanney sizzles for 30 points against Clayton
Stephen Devanney delivered in a big way in Pitman’s 82-69 win over Clayton on January 17th. The junior led the Panthers with a game-high 30 points while adding five rebounds in the win. Devanney, who won a Baseball Game Ball last spring, becomes a two-time JSZ South Jersey Game Ball winner after garnering almost sixty percent of the votes in this week’s polls.
