Manasquan’s Big Three continue to put up eye-popping numbers. Faith Masonius had 26 points and 20 rebounds, Dara Mabrey had 20 of her 26 in the first half and Lola Mullaney scored 13 of her 19 in the third quarter as the Warriors were able to outgun Saddle River Day. Michelle Sidor led Saddle River Day with 29 points, but Manasquan was able to build a 19 point lead after three quarters thanks to their triple threat. The Warriors rallied from a 12 point deficit in midway through the third quarter to force overtime and return to the T of C Finals. Diamond Miller had 25 points, 6 rebounds and 3 blocked shots including a rejection of Mikayla Markham’s attempt to force double overtime. Keona Schenck’s layup in the final minute tied the game at 48. Lucy Thomas had 18 points and 11 rebounds as the Purple Roses close the year with a 27-4 record.
