Cassidy Corcione was one of the state’s most productive scorers with 23 goals and 15 assists in her sophomore season at Freehold Township, helping the Patriots to a 22-1-1 record on the way to a Shore Conference state championship and a Central Jersey Group 4 title. Corcione is one of 23 players invited to the US Under 16 national training camp in Portland, Oregon where she will try and secure a spot on Team USA to compete internationally this summer. In travel and national level soccer, Corcione is a defender which makes her offensive prowess in high school all the more impressive.
