Don Bosco Prep 5 Seton Hall Prep 3 | Non-Public

The Ironmen scored three straight goals to build a two-goal cushion and were able to hold off Seton Hall Prep’s two-goal third period to return to the Rock to defend their Non-Public state championship. Connor Sedlak had a pair of goals with Arthur Tsimerman, Salvatore Guzzo and Ryan Fine also lighting the lamp for the Ironmen. Don Bosco Prep will take on CBA in Newark on Monday. Summit 3 Manasquan 2 (OT) | Public C

Greg Spitznagel’s second goal of the game 4:01 into overtime puts the Hilltoppers into the state finals for a third straight year. Summit took a 2-0 lead on a shorthanded goal by Jake Puskar early in the second period but Manasquan would respond with a pair of goals by Anthony Dowd to tie the game at two heading into the third period. Summit will face Ramsey in the state finals this Monday at the Prudential Center. JSZ’s Rich Chrampanis has the highlights from Mennen Arena:


Ramsey 3 Lakeland 0 | Public C

Ramsey goaltender Dane Beltramini recored a 13-save shutout as his Rams defeated Lakeland to advance to the Public C championship game. Simon Cohen, Ryan Schwarz and Jake Barone all notched goals in the win. The Rams will face top-seeded Summit in the Public C final on Monday at the Prudential Center.
