We’re down to the final four in the New Jersey state hockey playoffs! JSZ brings you three exciting semifinal matchups: the Non-Public state championship is set after two close battles at Codey Arena plus Livingston and Westfield renew their on-ice rivalry.

CBA 3 Gloucester Catholic 2 | Non-Public Semifinal

Leighton Biesiadecki’s breakaway goal midway through the third period was the game-winner as the Colts survive a scare for their 25th straight win. Aidan Guinnessey scored a pair of goals for 26-0-3 CBA, who will face Delbarton this Monday night at 8pm for the Non-Public state championship.

JSZ’s Jay Cook and Rich Chrampanis have the highlights from Codey Arena:

Delbarton 2 Don Bosco Prep 1 | Non-Public Semifinal

Jason Cai’s performance in the Gordon Cup semifinals was one he was ready to forget. Even better, he got redemption on Wednesday night. Cai stopped 28 shots in an impressive performance to help lift Delbarton (19-5-2) to the win over Don Bosco (20-7-1) and punch the Green Wave’s ticket to the Non-Public State Final. The game opened with all three goals scored in the first five minutes and Jack Olsen’s score ended up being the game winner.

JSZ’s Jay Cook has the highlights and reaction from Codey Arena in West Orange:

Livingston 2 Westfield 1 | Public “A” Semifinal

Livingston (22-3-3) defeated Westfield (19-5) 2-1 to advance to the Public “A” Final. The Lancers went ahead 2-0 in the second period off goals from Brett Conklin and Alex Selvin. With under a minute to go in the second, Matteo Mancheno scored for Westfield to cut the lead to 2-1 entering the third, but the Blue Devils would not be able to force overtime. Livingston avenging their loss in the McInnis Cup Championship, bested Westfield for a third time this season.
