Freehold Township 2 Toms River North 1 | Group 4 State Semifinal
Ainsley Moy and Gaby Parker scored first half goals to give the top-ranked Patriots (22-0-1) a spot in the Group 4 state championship against 2nd ranked Westfield on Sunday at Kean University. Alexis Garcia gave TRN a 1-0 lead in the 17th minute. Moy answered with a fantastic left foot shot and Parker scored with just 1:27 to go in the half. Shore 2 Schalick 1 | Group 1 State Semifinal
The Blue Devils booked a return trip to Kean University on the heels of a convincing semifinal victory over the Cougars. Clara Ford and Lauren Saponaro each scored goals as Shore (12-5-4) now sets it sights on taking home its fifth state championship. Shore will take on the winner of Whippany Park/Mountain Lakes in the Group 1 championship game at 5:30pm on Sunday at Kean University.
