The Pirates picked up a signature win, beating a bitter rival and staying undefeated in the process. Ryan Adams’ goal in the 50th minute proved to be the difference. Christian Palmer assisted on the goal, while Cinnaminson keeper Sean Kennedy made several crucial saves down the stretch to earn a clean sheet for the Pirates (10-0). It was the first loss of the season for the Bears (9-1-1).

Hunterdon Central 4 Bridgewater-Raritan 0 | Boys

The Red Devils put in work Wednesday night. Hunterdon Central (9-1) picked up its seventh-consecutive win and also topped division rival Bridgewater-Raritan (5-4-1) in Skyland Conference Delaware division action. Nicholas Riga, Ryan Nourbakhsh and Adam Cook each tallied goals in the first half before senior captain Alejandro Pintado closed the scoring with a PK goal in the 66th minute. Darren Szanto had four saves for the clean sheet in the victory.
