South River 74 Metuchen 41 | Boys

South River (12-1) defeated GMC Blue Division foe Metuchen (6-7) 74-41. The Rams led 51-15 at halftime thanks to a big half from brothers Alex and Jeremy Grospe and maintained their large lead down the stretch. The duo combined for 27 points and seven three-pointers as the Rams bounce back from a tough one point loss to Piscataway that snapped an 11 game win streak.

Woodbury 68 Delran 47 | Girls | SJIBT Sweet 16

The Thundering Herd used a dominant third-quarter performance to knock off the Bears and reach the SJIBT Elite Eight. St. Bonaventure commit Alexis Davis led the way with a game-high 22 points and 16 rebounds. Maya Braxton-Young added 17 points in the win for Woodbury (11-1). Kean commit Riley Ahrens also finished with a game-high 22 points in the loss for Delran (7-4). Unfortunately, a fan incident in the stands forced the game to conclude with 4:43 remaining in the fourth quarter.
