Clifton 2 Paterson Kennedy 1 | Boys

Alex Fiedoruk booted in the game-winning goal in the 76th minute to power his Mustangs past their county rival on Tuesday evening. Clifton (5-0-1) had to battle back from a one-goal deficit to tie the game before a great run and even better passing set Fiedoruk up for the eventual game-winner. Fernando Puertas scored Clifton’s first goal in this match at the tail end of the first half. A first-half red card left Paterson Kennedy (1-4-1) down a man for most of the match – their lone goal came from a Juan Sebastian Hurtado PK in the 14th minute.

Shawnee 2 Eastern 1 | Boys

Lucas Baughman delivered the go-ahead goal in the 75th minute as the Renegades survived the elements to pick up a hard-fought win over the Vikings. Sean McFadden opened the scoring with his fifth goal of the season for Shawnee (5-1-1). Matt Giosa scored the lone goal in the loss for Eastern (5-2-1).

Manalapan 2 Marlboro 0 | Girls

Vanessa Sarf scored her 8th goal of the season and sophomore Daniella Butash scored from long distance in the second half to give the Braves (7-1) a bounce back win after suffering their first loss of the season to Hunterdon Central.
