Emma Peretti recorded her 22nd double-double of the season, scoring a game-high 23 points and grabbing 27 rebounds in the win for the seventh-seeded Blue Devils (15-9). Kristina Turner scored a team-high 21 points for the 10th-seeded Falcons (11-10) in the loss. Hammonton will face second-seeded Timber Creek in the sectional quarterfinals on Thursday.

Cherry Hill West 41 Cedar Creek 38 | Boys | Group 3 South Opening Round

The Lions survived a late scare from the Pirates to advance to the Group 3 South quarterfinals. Justin Smith scored a game-high 14 points to lead the way for tenth-seeded West (13-14). Jamir Cruse scored a team-high 10 points in the loss for seventh-seeded Cedar Creek (13-14). Cherry Hill West will play second-seed Pemberton on Thursday.
