Jaycen Santucci had 15 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists to record his third double-double of the young season as the Golden Eagles (4-1) led from wire to wire to advance to the semifinals of the Jim Ruhnke bracket and a matchup against Toms River North.

Manchester Twp. 56 Middletown South 24 | Girls | WOBM Christmas Classic

Devyn Quigley is one of New Jersey’s elite players and her scoring prowess was on full display in this quarterfinal matchup. Quigley outscored the entire Eagles lineup Tuesday with a game-high 31 points, adding to her impressive resume this season. The senior NC State commit also tallied nine rebound and six steals in just over three quarters of action for Manchester (4-1). Middletown South (2-3) led the first quarter but couldn’t contain Quigley for the remainder of the game. Manchester will face top-seeded Red Bank Regional on Thursday.

Colonia 49 Spotswood 38 | Girls | Lady Chiefs Holiday Showcase

Colonia (4-2) snapped a back to back losing streak with a 49-38 win over Spotswood to hand the Chargers (3-1) their first loss. After a slow first half that would see Colonia leading 23-10 at the break, the Patriot offense came alive to go ahead by 20 in the third quarter. Spotswood would cut the lead to six points late, but was unable to fend off U-Mass commit Taylor Derkack who scored 28 points.

Atlantic City 65 Egg Harbor Twp. 49 | Boys | Boardwalk Basketball Classic

The Vikings took control in the second half to knock off the Eagles and stay perfect on the young season. Jaylen Day paced a balanced attack with a team high 15 points in the win. Sah’nye Degraffenreidt poured in ten of his 14 points in the fourth quarter for Atlantic City (6-0). Jake Karp scored a game-high 17 points in the loss for Egg Harbor Township (3-3).
