Kyle Kontratowicz’s seventh goal of the season proved to be the game-winner as the Green Knights handed the Tigers their first loss of the season. Logan Hughes provided the insurance goal late in the third for fourth-seeded SJR (8-6). Ryan Beanland, Shane Tobin, and Frank Perrone added goals in the victory. Hunter Escala, Troy Knause, and Aidan Marom scored in the loss for fifth-seeded Tenafly (12-1). St. Joe will face top-seeded Don Bosco Prep in the Bergen County semifinals on Monday at the Ice Vault.

Rumson-Fair Haven 4 Middletown South 1

Trailing 1-0 after two periods, Andy Croddick scored a pair of goals, Mychal Walker tallied the game winner and Nik Doumas wrapped up a four goal third period with his 29th goal to give RFH a tremendous 9-0-1 run over the last 10 games.  Doumas has now scored in eight straight games and added two assists with his goal.
