(6) Morristown-Beard 8 (5) Rutgers Prep 7 – Non-Public B Final
It was one of the most unforgettable, wild and improbable comebacks you’ll see anywhere. Morristown-Beard trailed Rutgers Prep, 7-2, with five minutes left in regulation before the Crimson flipped the script. James Mariniello and Blake Bernstein brought Mo-Beard back into the game and then it was Mason Guida hitting the game-winning goal with :19 seconds left. (2) Delbarton 12 (8) Don Bosco Prep 7 – Non-Public A Final
It only took 25 seconds for Delbarton to make a statement to Don Bosco Prep in the Non-Public A final. The Green Wave pumped in two quick goals, only tied the game once and stayed in near complete control to capture their fourth consecutive state championship Thursday.
