Jersey Sports Zone is pleased to bring you another evening of exciting lacrosse coverage from around the Garden State. We bring you to the Shore Conference where a 100-plus conference game win streak is snapped followed by Union County’s top two teams each picking up big wins. Enjoy!

Trinity Hall 8 Rumson-Fair Haven 7

Peyton McGuire’s fourth goal of the game with 1:26 left gives Trinity Hall the biggest win in program history ending Rumson-Fair Haven’s remarkable 127 game win streak in Shore Conference play. The Monarchs (9-0) won the Prep B state championship one day earlier. RFH was able to hold 41 goal scorer Haven Dora scoreless but the Monarchs got four goals apiece from McGuire and Paige Nolan. Tied 3-3 at the half, RFH built a 5-3 lead and Mia James gave the Bulldogs a 7-6 advantage late in the second half. A yellow card to Chase Boyle opened the door for Trinity to tie the game on a Nolan 8-meter and McGuire to deliver the heroics. RFH’s remarkable win streak lasts nine years and three days. This was a stellar girls lacrosse game and JSZ’s Rich Chrampanis breaks it down and has extended post-game reaction:

Summit 7 Delbarton 5

Summit’s undefeated season is very much still intact after taking down longtime rival Delbarton for the first time since 2016. Luke DiNola scored a game-high three goals while Michael Bonomo, Colin Beatty, Dylan Sebastian and John Murray also scored goals. Delbarton’s offense, which has sputtered at times this season, was led by Andrew Ross and his two goals.

JSZ’s Jay Cook has the highlights and post-game reaction:

Westfield 12 Wall 6

Westfield (7-3) bounced back from a tough loss to Montclair, where their 5 game win streak was broken to take down Wall (9-2) 12-6. The Blue Devils led 4-1 after the first quarter before going ahead 8-2 at halftime. Villanova commit Mack Prybylski, Sean Hazard and Fairfield University bound Aidan McLane all ended the afternoon with a pair of scores while James Haley and Ryan Waldman both finished with hat tricks.

JSZ’s Nery Rodriguez has the highlights:
