Week 7 begins with a handful of intriguing games around the state. Check back throughout the night to watch all of the action!


Verona 41 Hoboken 14

After a heartbreaking loss to Ramsey last weekend, Verona came out impassioned Thursday night in a huge win over Hoboken. Junior quarterback Cael Zebrowski accounted for four touchdowns in the victory, but the story of the night belonged to Frank Riggio. Riggio, a JSZ All-Zone running back from a year ago, scored his 50th career rushing touchdown.

Scotch Plains-Fanwood 14 Montgomery 12

Shawn Martin had 144 yards rushing and a touchdown run and the Raiders defense made a stop on a game tying two-point conversion attempt in the final seconds of the game to secure a third straight victory. Collingswood 8 Gloucester City 6

Quentin Moss scored a touchdown on the first possession of the game, and the Panthers held off the Lions the rest of the way. Steven Burkhardt scored the lone TD of the night for Gloucester. D’Andrei Williams and Quadir Fussell both made key plays on 4th down late in the ballgame, including an INT for Fussell to seal the victory for Colls.
