The soccer season rolls on as JSZ goes around the Garden State to bring you three great games on the pitch!

Manalapan 1 Freehold Township 0 (OT) | Girls

Lyla Otteneheimer’s blast from just outside the 18-yard line in the 85th minute gave Manalapan a massive win and ended the remarkable 46 game unbeaten streak by Freehold Township in Shore Conference play.  The Patriots are the defending Shore Conference and Group 4 state champion and lost to their “A” North rival for the first time in 21 matches dating back to 2010.  Manalapan earns the top seed in the upcoming Shore Conference Tournament after upsetting the second ranked team in the latest state polls.
