Shawnee 2 Randolph 0 | Group 3 State Final
The Renegades scored a pair of goals in a five minute span late in the first half to power their push to win the eighth state championship in program history. Jacob Santamaria (34′) and Danny Williams (39′) were the two goalscorers as Shawnee (21-2-1) completed a stellar season. Randolph (16-6-3) only mustered one shot on goal in the loss. This win comes after the Shawnee girls’ soccer team won their Group 3 state championship on Saturday.

Southern 2 Scotch Plains-Fanwood 0 | Group 4 State Final
Aidan Donnelly delivered his second goal of the match in the 78th minute to clinch the first state title in program history for the Rams. Donnelly capped off a stellar season for Southern (19-5-1), as the senior finished the year with a program-record 30 goals. Ryan Schweigart earned a clean sheet in net with seven saves. Scotch Plains-Fanwood had an outstanding season end with a North 2 Group 4 sectional championship and a record of 19-2-2.

Waldwick 2 Haddon Township 1 | Group 1 State Final
JJ Ruehlemann scored his second goal of the match with 1:38 left in regulation to give Waldwick (21-5-1) the Group 1 state championship. Ruehlemann finished the year as the state’s leading goal scorer with 40 and 81 for his career. Joseph Sheehan scored in the second minute for Haddon Township who finished the year with a 16-7-2 record.

Sterling 3 Harrison 2 (2OT) | Group 2 State Final
Jason Camardo scored in the fourth minute of double overtime to give the Silver Knights their first boys soccer state championship since 1976. Harrison took a 2-1 lead in the second half on a Christian Barrios goal before Ethan Weitzel free kick tied the match 2-2. Dean Collins long service went to Connor Maenner who flicked a pass to Camardo for the golden goal.
