Cliffside Park 26 Ferris 19 | Lukkas Londono 75 yard game winning TD!
What started as a one-sided battle turned into a second-half thriller in Jersey City. Ferris coming off a 1-9 year played fearlessly in the first two quarters putting up 19 straight points. However, after halftime Cliffside Park guided by QB Antonio Diperi was able to get it to a 19-18 game with under a minute remaining in the fourth. That would set up a game winning 75-yard touchdown run from sophomore Lukkas Lonodo. JSZ’s Nery Rodriguez has the call:
Ramapo 21 Sparta 18 | AJ Wingfield 256 Total Yds, 2 TDs
The Ramapo Raiders took down the Sparta Spartans on the road 21-18. AJ Wingfield was a power in the backfield, utilizing his wide receivers and throwing for 196 yards. Luke Ragone had two touchdowns as well, one receiving and the other rushing, for a total of 80 yards. Check out Ramapo’s highlights now:

TaQuan Roberson had 3 TD passes, a 40 yard TD run and accounted for nearly 300 yards of total offense as the Spartans opened the 2018 season with a dominating effort on the road. JSZ has the highlights from Sparta:

Tyler Phillips led Weequahic with 176 yards and 2 TDs as the Indians took down Morris Catholic, 33-0, on Saturday afternoon. Phillips led the charge with a dazzling 65-yard touchdown run on fourth down where he broke 12 tackles en route to the end zone. JSZ’s Jay Cook was in Newark for the highlights:
