Mountain Lakes 12 Delbarton 5 – Boys Tournament of Champions Final

No. 2 Mountain Lakes stunned lacrosse fans across the Garden State when they shocked No. 1 Delbarton 12-5 to win their first Tournament of Champions crown since 2008. The Lakers trailed 2-0 midway through the first quarter until four unanswered goals saw them lead entering the second. From there Mountain Lakes began piling up goals to eventually go ahead by four. Oak Knoll 10 Moorestown 8 – Girls Tournament of Champions Final

The matchup between defending Tournament of Champion winner’s Moorestown and Oak Knoll was nail biting from start to finish. Both teams traded blows early on as we remained tied for most of the first half. Nearing the break following two scores from Keelin Schlageter, Katie Duttenhofer landed a hat trick to give Oak Knoll a 7-5 lead at halftime. The duo would continue their success in the second act as Schlageter finished with three goals while Duttenhofer had four.
