Kingsway 3 Egg Harbor Twp. 2 | Boys | South Group 4 Quarterfinal
The fifth-seeded Dragons led 1-0 before falling behind 2-1, and then battled back to beat the fourth-seeded Eagles. Antonio Amoroso scored two goals in the win for Kingsway (13-5-1), including one from the penalty spot. Ryan Mullin headed in the winner off an assist from Dean Martin. Gilmer Mendoza and Nate Biersbach scored goals for EHT (14-5-1) in the loss. Kingsway advances to face top-seeded Rancocas Valley in the sectional semifinals on Wednesday.

Elizabeth 6 Perth Amboy 0 | Boys | North 2 Group 4 Quarterfinal
Brandon Quishpi-Aquiles registered a season-high four goals as he paced the second-seeded Minutemen to a sectional quarterfinal win over the 10th-seeded Panthers. Quishpi-Aquiles has already scored seven goals this postseason – he netted three in last week’s first round win over Franklin – and has 24 goals on the season.

Holmdel 2 Rumson-Fair Haven 0 | Boys | Central Group 2 Quarterfinal
David Weiner had a goal and an assist to give Holmdel a spot in the sectional semifinal and avenge an earlier regular season loss to a Shore Conference rival. In the opening minute of the match, Weiner delivered a corner kick that was put in by Colin Hines to give the Hornets an early 1-0 lead. In the 51st minute, Weiner delivered a big insurance goal by converting a penalty kick. The Hornets (16-2-1) will host Manasquan on Wednesday with a spot in the sectional finals on the line.

Neptune 3 Steinert 0 | Boys | Central Group 3 Quarterfinal
(4) Neptune advances to the Central Jersey Group 3 Semifinals following a 3-0 win over (5) Steinert. The Scarlet Fliers jumped ahead 2-0 at halftime on goals from Anthony Munoz Garcia and Ernst Louisius. Louisius scored again in the 57th minute as goalie Kevin O’Neil had 10 saves. Neptune gets revenge from last year’s quarterfinal match up in which Steinert won.
