Tyreek Grayson hit a three pointer to send the Piners crowd into a frenzy in a 52-49 win over Point Pleasant Beach.  See the highlights and an interview with the clutch performer!

LAKEWOOD – Tyreek Grayson buried a three pointer at the buzzer to give Lakewood a 52-49 win over Point Pleasant Beach.  The Garnet Gulls held a 39-37 lead at the end of the third quarter and the entire final quarter stayed within one possession.  Jimmy Franzini led all scorers with 23 points for Point Pleasant Beach.  Franzini went to the free throw line down 49-48 and missed the first shot, but buried the second to tie the game at 49 with 5.5 seconds remaining.  Lakewood elected to not call a timeout and pushed the ball up quickly to Grayson who had an open look and nailed the triple.  Grayson finished with 16 points along with Ryan Lawrence.  Amir Tyler added 15 points in the victory.
