Freshman Ryan Prior had back to back three-pointers to spark an 8-0 run in the fourth quarter that helped the Caseys to the win in the annual Founders Cup with rival CBA. Sophomore Zach Meeks had 14 points and 10 rebounds, CJ Ruoff added 12 and Alex Bauman had 8 points and 11 rebounds to help the Caseys reach 11-1. Father Judge (PA) 57 Holy Spirit 55 | Boys
The Spartans led by as many as five points in the fourth quarter, but the Crusaders surged ahead late and held off Spirit (5-3) for the win. Ernest Shelton scored a game-high 19 points for Judge in the victory. Jahmir Smith led a balanced Spirit attack with 14 points in the loss. JSZ’s Mike Frankel has the highlights from Absecon:
