Burlington Twp. 34 Delran 28 (OT) | Central Group 4 Quarterfinal
The Falcons survived and advanced to the Group 4 Central semifinals after a thrilling overtime battle against the Bears. Ju-Juan Lee scored the go-ahead touchdown in overtime, before the Falcons defense forced a four-and-out to seal the victory. James Madison-commit Anthony Johnson added a 90-yard kickoff return touchdown in the win. Zach Palmer-Smith scored a pair of touchdown in the loss for Delran (6-3). Burlington Twp. (8-1) will face top-seeded Rumson-Fair Haven next week.

Boonton 41 Brearley 24 | North 2 Group 1 Quarterfinal
Hunter Van Zant and Nate Prater each notched three touchdowns in the Bombers’ rousing opening round win over the Bears. Van Zant – one of New Jersey’s most accomplished runners – accrued 182 yards on 25 carries. Prater only touched the rock four times, but made each one count. Boonton advances to face Cedar Grove in the sectional semifinals next weekend.
