Northern Highlands 17 Irvington 13 | North 1 Group 4 Semifinal

The Highlanders’ defense intercepted four passes and collectively played one of its most complete games this year in a road-win upset over the top-seeded Blue Knight. Danny Smiechowski led the way for fourth-seeded Northern Highlands (7-3) with a pair of interceptions and a pair of touchdown catches in the victory. Irvington (8-3) had its season come to a close despite two touchdown catches from Nasir Addison. The Highlanders are set to face Ramapo next week in the N1G4 sectional title game.

Union City 20 Westfield 14 | North 1, Group 5 Semifinal

Union City advances to the North 1, Group 5 Championship following a 20-14 victory over Westfield. Two rushing touchdowns from Mark Boyd in the second quarter gave Union City a 14-0 lead at halftime, Boyd added a 90 yard score to kick off the third quarter. Westfield would made it a one possession game on a Trey Brown touchdown with just under four minutes to play in regulation to cut the deficit to 20-14, but the Blue Devils would be stopped on fourth down in the final minute of the game. UC will take on Passaic Tech in the North 1, Group 5 Final.

Lenape 21 Atlantic City 20 | Central Group 5 Semifinal

Zyaire Goffney-Fleming rushed for 182 yards and three touchdowns, as the top-seeded Indians (6-4) came from behind late to edge the fifth-seeded Vikings (7-2). Joe Lyons threw a pair of touchdown passes for AC in the loss. Lenape will host sixth-seeded Edison for the sectional title next weekend.

Delsea 49 Camden Eastside 14 | South Group 3 Semifinal

The top-seeded Crusaders remain undefeated and punch their ticket to a sectional final after a dominant performance by Wayne Adair and the Delsea offensive line. Adair rushed for 167 yards and four touchdowns to lead the way for Delsea (10-0). Luke Maxwell and Jared Schoppe each added a touchdown in the win. Will Love hauled in two touchdowns in the loss for fifth-seeded Camden Eastside (4-5). Delsea will face third-seeded Hopewell Valley for the South Group 3 title next week.

Maple Shade 27 Asbury Park 18 | South Group 1 Semifinal

Ryan Mulcahy’s second TD catch of the game with a tip drill grab on 4th and goal from the 7 gave the Wildcats the lead in the fourth quarter and Thomas Kaliamouris seals the win with a 40-yard interception for a score as Maple Shade rallies from 12-0 down to move on to the South Group 1 championship.  QB Nate Veasey had a 40-yard TD run to give Maple Shade a 14-12 lead.  Asbury Park got two TD passes from Jai-Sun Brown and a five-yard TD run from I’Quann Crawford.
