DePaul Catholic 33 Pope John 21 | Non-Public “B” State Final
Notre Dame commit Nolan James Jr. rushed for 244 yards and two touchdowns as the Spartans fended off the Lions to win their second state title in the last three seasons. Derek Zammit threw for 115 yards and a touchdown, while adding a pair of rushing TDs for DePaul Catholic (11-1). Tylik Hill went for 175 yards and three touchdowns on the ground for Pope John (5-7). DePaul scored some redemption after a loss in last year’s state final and won the ninth state title in program history.

Toms River North 41 Union City 14 | Group 5 State Final
TJ Valerio threw four touchdown passes with Mordecai Ford grabbing three of them and the TRN defense held an explosive Union City offensive attack to under 160 yards to give the Mariners a third straight Group 5 state championship. Rutgers commit Jaelyne Matthews had two fumble recoveries as part of a dominant TRN defensive effort. Toms River North finishes with a perfect 14-0 record. The Mariners are 40-2 during their current three-year state championship dynasty.

Glassboro 56 Cedar Grove 14 | Group 1 State Final
Kenny Smith went off for 401 yards rushing and four touchdowns, as the Bulldogs raced away from the Panthers in the second quarter and never looked back. Amari Sabb rushed for a score and caught a TD, while Xavier Sabb added a eye-popping TD grab as well. Davon Barr had an interception return for a score for Glassboro (13-0). Stephen Paradiso rushed for a score a threw a touchdown pass for Cedar Grove (13-1) in the loss.

Bergen Catholic vs. Don Bosco Prep | Non-Public “A” State Final
The Crusaders dynasty continues to rule New Jersey as Bergen Catholic (11-1) secured a school-record fourth-straight Non-Public A state championship under the lights at MetLife Stadium. Sophomore Bryan Porter had a pair of fourth quarter touchdown runs to help the Crusaders pull away in the final quarter. A pair of safeties from Ethan Cohall and David Matesic helped BC control the lead for most of the game. Dante DeLuca’s 30-yard touchdown run was the only score for Don Bosco Prep (8-4) in the final.
