The Pioneers and the Mustangs both went into their Week 9 game in good shape to qualify for the Group 4 playoffs. View has to feel even better about its position after a road win in Linwood. The Pioneers (5-3) got rushing touchdowns from Bobby Counsellor, Quinn O’Mara and Forrest Love in the victory. On defense, Matt Murphy and Ryan Visalli both had interceptions. Ja’Briel Mace and Nick Wagner both scored TDs for Mainland (4-5) in the loss.
