Timber Creek rising senior Brahim Wynn made his college commitment on Saturday. The three-star edge rusher announced on social media that he will be playing for UMass. Wynn is NJ’s top-ranked edge rusher in the class of 2024 by On3.com and garnered several Division 1 offers including Maryland, Connecticut, Temple, Toledo, and Kent State. Last season, Wynn racked up 13.5 sacks and 49 solo tackles as Timber Creek finished with a 6-4 record. He earned WJFL Memorial Division first-team defense and All-State third-team defense honors in 2022. Wynn and the Chargers will open up the 2023 season against rival Highland at the Battle at the Beach in Ocean City.
