Top 2 Shore Flag Football Teams Show Potential of Rising Sport

Jersey Sports Zone has profiled the growth of flag football in New Jersey. We decided to give the top two teams in the Shore the Friday Night Lights treatment and Holmdel and Shore Regional did not disappoint. Watch a full breakdown of an excellent game NOW!

Rylee Drahos had 10 receptions for 122 yards and four touchdowns along with two interceptions to account for all of Shore’s points in a matchup of the top two teams in the 10-team Shore Conference football league. Julia Iannuzzelli threw all four TD passes for Shore. The Shore Regional quarterback played an hour earlier for the Blue Devils varsity softball team going 1-3 with a run scored. The second season of Shore Conference flag football is supported by the New York Giants and continues to grow across the state.
