All Division linebacker/fullback Jeff Wood returns looking to get the Raiders a winning season in 2014

When I was on the sidelines talking to some players about the Raiders and asked who I need to shoot video of, it didn’t take long for Jeff Wood’s name to come up. He doesn’t have the height and size that makes many football players stand out, but you can tell that he bring maximum effort whenever he’s on the football field. Just watching him in drills showed me that we need to put him on our radar for our first Shore Sports Zone All-Zone banquet this December. In doing some homework, I learned about Wood’s two touchdowns in an upset win over Brick last year. A win over the state champs is proof that this team is capable of doing much more than 4-6.
