Jahmeer Cartagena is in the midst of a tremendous senior campaign for the St. Joseph Academy Wildcats. In last week’s win over Washington Twp., Cartagena hauled in 5 catches for 178 yards and two touchdowns. The fans have spoken and he is the Week 8 Top Play Belt winner. Watch his ceremony below:
